Shanghai Tango by Jin Xing

I do not understand all the bad reviews, this was an incredible and inspiring story, that I believe everyone should read and know. I think it teaches a great deal, about equality, about struggles and about acceptance, without really meaning to, my favourite line is that in Chinese the words for "he" and "she" are the same. It is also surprisingly well written for a memoir. Absolutely incredible!
